Managing the users of your Funio Hub

This allows you to create a user to manage products, services, billing, and other functions on your account. If you have multiple accounts, you can add a user on all your accounts to access them using a single login.

Prerequisites

  • Access to Funio Hub

How to do it?

  1. Connect to your Funio Hub

  2. Click on your Name on top right

  3. Click on User Management

  4. Add the user’s email address under the Invite New User section

  5. Choose the permissions for this user

  6. Send the invitation

"If you send an invitation to an email address for an existing account, they can access the client account using their existing login credentials. If the email address does not correspond to an existing account, they can create one."

This user will get access to your customer hub allowing them to take actions on the services to which you have granted permissions.

If the user as access to more than one account, once he connects to the Funio Hub he will have a menu to choose which account he wants to access.
Once he is connected to an account he can always switch to another account by going on his Name on top right and clicking on Switch Account.
