If you wish to move certain incoming messages to another address, a directory or simply delete them, you must create filters.
Email filters are used to create rules on how incoming emails should be handled. You can create global email filters or email filters. Its management must be done from your cPanel control panel, but you can access it via cPanel, Webmail, or the Funio Hub.

Global Email Filters
Global email filters will apply to all mail accounts.
How to do it?
- Log into cPanel
- Select "Global mail filters", under the Email group
- Click on the "Create a New Filter" button
- Fill in the form
- Create
Several options are available to create the filters, the use depends on your needs.
Example:
You want to move all messages tagged as SPAM to the "Spam" directory of your cPanel user.
You have to choose "Spam status" and "begins with", then enter "Yes". On the actions to be taken, choose "Deliver to Folder" and choose the "INBOX" > Spam directory. If you have not created this directory, you will need to create it.
Email Filters
Email filters will apply to the email address of your choice.
How to do it?
cPanel
- Log into cPanel
- Select "Email filters", under the Email group
- Click on the "Manage filters" link associated with the email address you want
- Click on the "Create a New Filter" button
- Fill in the form
- Create
Webmail
- Log into Webmail
- Select your email address, in the upper right corner
- Select "Email filters"
- Click on the "Create a New Filter" button
- Fill in the form
- Create
Like global filters, you have several options available, your choice depends on your needs.
Example:
You receive emails with the subject "Domain renewal" and you want to move those emails to your "Domains" directory and inform the person responsible for the renewals.
You need to choose "Subject" and "contains", then enter "Domain renewal". On the Actions menu, choose "Deliver to Folder" and choose the "Domains" directory, then click on the "+" sign, on the right, and choose "Redirect to Email" and enter the email address of the responsible person.
