How to get support?

1. Log in to your Funio Hub and click on Assistance at the top right of the page.

2. You can search in our Knowledge base here, and if you can't find your issue, click on Create a ticket.

3. You can then select the right category and the product in question as well as fill in the different fields with the most details possible. Click on save and your request will be sent automatically to our support team.
