Cancelling a service or domain name

To cancel a service or domain, you must do it from your Funio Hub.

Before terminating your product or service, Funio would like to rectify any problems that might lead you to consider cancelling. Please contact us we will be pleased to put things right or to match any competitor's price.

If your mind is already made up, please follow the instructions below. We would appreciate your feedback, which will help us improve our services.

Note: We accept only cancellation requests coming from your Client Area.

How to cancel a service?

  1. Log in to Your Funio Hub Account ([URL]).

  2. Within the dashboard, go to "My Services".

  3. Click on the status button of the product you wish to terminate

  4. On the left-hand menu, choose "Request Cancellation"

  5. Follow the onscreen instructions to confirm the cancellation.

You can decide not to renew the domain name associated with your plan. Termination of your product or service could be immediately or at the end of your renewal period.

If you already have an invoice related to the renewal of this service, don't hesitate to contact us to ensure the cancellation of this invoice.

How to Manage Auto-Renewal for Your Domain?

  1. Log in to Your Funio Hub.

  2. Navigate to the section titled "Domains."

  3. Click on the status button of the domain you wish to manage.

  4. Find the Auto Renew settings for that domain.

  5. Click on the Disable Auto Renew red button.

If you already have an invoice related to your domain renewal, please contact us to ensure the cancellation of this invoice.

Note: The renewal of a domain name is irreversible. If your domain has been renewed, Funio cannot cancel and refund the renewal.

Important

Funio generates invoices for your recurring services or domains in advance to facilitate your online experience and avoid additional charges after the due date. This way, you can cancel a service or domain name within ten days of creating the invoice before our system makes a direct debit.

If you would like a refund, our customer service team is here to help and provide a refund if applicable.

Q: Can I re-enable auto-renewal after disabling it?
A: Yes, you can return to the auto-renew settings from your Funio Hub and toggle the option back on for any domain or service.

Q: Do I get a confirmation when my cancellation request is successful?
A: Yes, a confirmation email or notification will be sent to you once the cancellation has been successfully processed.
