Change Funio Account or Product Ownership

If you are transferring over any product to another party, we require validation from the current and the new owner of the product. In your request, make sure you identify if the whole account is being transferred, or only a specific product. The initial demand must come from an official request through your Funio Hub.

How to do it?

You will need to scan the following information and contact our Billing Department via the Funio Hub.

NOTE: Both parties must provide ID validation and acceptance letters of the ownership transfer.

Use the correct ID validation for the new and the current owner based on the details below.

For an owner which is an individual person (the new or the current owner) :

    1. Letter providing old contact information (name, address, telephone, and email);
    2. Contains Funio account number (or invoice/transaction ID);
    3. The letter must specify the new contact information;
    4. Signed by the owner;
    5. Photocopy of a picture ID of the owner.

For an owner which is a company (the new or the current owner) : 

    1. Letter with company letterhead, providing old contact information (name, address, telephone and email);
    2. Also contains Funio account number (or invoice/transaction ID);
    3. The letter must specify the new contact information;
    4. Signed by company contact;
    5. Photocopy of a picture ID of the company contact.
