If you only have one e-mail address associated with your Funio account, here are some tips for regaining access.
What happens if you do not have access to this email anymore?
Since you cannot log into the account, you cannot modify this email. Here are some suggestions to gain access again :
Free email service address
If the email address used was a free email through a provider like Hotmail, Yahoo or Gmail, these addresses exist for a long time. Try to log into the account again with their "forgot password" procedures.
Internet service provider email
If the email was with your service provider, such as Sympatico, Videotron, AOL, and you still have service with this provider, contact them and see about reactivating the email, even if it is just for a day. You can also ask them about getting an email alias that would forward to another email you have.
Owned domain email
If you own the domain name of the email address, you can have it point on your hosting space and recreate the email. Talk to your webmaster for help doing this if the domain name is yours.
Company email address
If the email is a company-owned address for which you might still work, you could talk to the IT personnel and ask them to reactivate the email for you.
None of the previous situations apply?

- Letter must also specify the required modifications;

- Photocopy of a picture ID of the current account owner.
- If the owner of the account is a company
- The letter with company letterhead, providing old contact information (name, address, telephone and, email);
- Also contains Funio account number (or invoice/transaction ID);
- Letter must also specify the required modifications;
- Signed by company contact;
