Managing the contacts of your Funio Hub

1. To change or add contacts to your Funio Hub, log in to your Funio Hub and click on your name at the top right of the page. In the dropdown menu, click on My Account.

2. Select your contact or the contact you want to edit, or click on the + sign to add a new contact.

3. You will then be able to edit or add more information or contacts. Here are the types of contacts. 

  • Main : This is the contact that has access to the Customer Hub and full control over the account and receives all communications.
  • Administrator : Any billing or technical communication that goes through the account is copied to this contact.
  • Technical : Any technical communication that goes through the account is copied to this contact.
  • Billing : Any billing communication that goes through the account is copied to this contact.
